There I was. It was New Years Eve and I had just popped myself on the scales.
That can't be right I thought, I can't have put on 5kg in the last couple of months after working so hard prior to that to lose some of my baby weight.
So I weighed myself again the next day...
You guessed it, the scales were right and I had unwittingly put back on all the weight that I had worked to lose.
It was a combination of things really... my body just not being quite the same after 2 kids, visiting my mum and her home baking, being busy working and not prioritising exercise... the list goes on

How Often Should You Run?
That depends on what level of fitness and experience you are currently at. Our Getting Started program begins with three walking sessions per week while our Getting Faster program includes four run sessions plus cross training.
