find the right training for you
Whether you are new to triathlons or you are looking at your first Ironman we have the training program for you.
why Choose Us
We've been coaching together for over 10 years and have loved watching people grow from their first triathlon to their first Ironman event. We've met thousands of people over the years and every single person would have a desire to want to improve and be better than their last race.
This is what triathlon coaching is about for us. It's about helping everyone reach their goals and that goal is very rarely about getting on a podium.
Triathlon is such an inclusive community and we see it change lives as people set new goals and achieve things that they once thought were impossible.
We hope you'll join us at World Multisport and be part of our community where training online doesn't mean training alone.
"Picking up a new sport as an adult is daunting. The support and encouragement from the World Multisport team and the rest of the beginners made this a really enjoyable course. I built new friendships along the way and looked forward to every session. I learnt so many triathlon fundamentals as well as tips & tricks I didn’t realise I needed to know, finishing the course feeling so much more comfortable and confident to continue on with triathlon."
"Being part of a group and sharing our highs and lows gave me all the confidence I needed to complete my first triathlon. The rest just happens."
Getting started in triathlon can be incredibly daunting and intimidating. But it doesn’t have to be if you stop looking at the pointy end of the field and realise that the heart of triathlon are all the people out there battling to finish or beat their best time. For most winning is not about getting a medal.
Taking a long term approach to your training will not only provide you with the results you seek but provide invaluable benefits for your health and fitness for years to come. So how do you keep training long term? Mark from Triathlon Scotland gives his advice on staying in the sport long term.
With four Ironman events in Oceania you may be thinking about what one you should enter or what one you should enter next. Here’s Suzanne’s run-down of the Ironman events in Australia and New Zealand. What the courses are like, travelling to the race, atmosphere and more!
