The World Multisport Taranaki adult training group provides weekly swim, bike and run sessions for all abilities. Mark is a very experienced triathlon coach. He has been coaching for the last 25 years across all levels of ability from kids and performance juniors through to adults and elite athletes in both running and triathlon.
Mark is a big believer in ensuring that people in the sessions he coaches enjoy themselves, that everyone learns something to help them improve and that athletes know why they are doing a specific session.
The sessions will cater for all abilities and will utilise the natural surrounds of the Taranaki Region, which is perfect for swimming, cycling and running.
Training Schedule and Prices
- Monday 12pm - Swim at Todd Energy Aquatic Centre
- Tuesday 5:30pm - Bike (indoor trainers) at East End Surf Club
- Wednesday 6:00am - Run Beginners at The Shoe Clinic Find Out More
- Wednesday 5:30pm - Run Intermediate/Advanced at NPOB Rugby Club, Vogeltown Park
- Thursday 6:00am - Swim at Todd Energy Aquatic Centre
- Sunday 8:00am - Run at Various NP Locations

Training with us more than two times per week? Sign up to our monthly membership for $120 per month.
Our monthly members receive unlimited training sessions PLUS a free World Multisport Taranaki run singlet.
Frequently Asked Questions
To benefit from the age group squad training sessions you should be able to swim 300m without stopping and be able to run 5km. In both instances the speed doesn’t matter. If you are not at this level we highly recommend starting with either our beginner triathlon course or beginner run group.
