Swim Easier

Swim sessions that match your ability.
Do you need to stop every 50m? We'll provide you with sets from 1-1.5 km in length with plenty of rest breaks.
Or were you a Club swimmer growing up? In that case the sets will be 2.5-4 km and you'll use time cycles with a greater mix of intensities. Whatever your swim experience the swim sets are tailored to you.

Ride Faster

For the brand new cyclist, the seasoned pro, and everyone in between.

Our bike sessions are suitable to use either indoors on a windtrainer or outdoors on the road. Whether you are new to cycling, commute regularly or have raced crits before, the program will be tailored to YOU. 

The length of the session, main set, and intensity of the intervals varies with ability.

Run Longer

A plan for the marathon runner to the (currently) casual jogger.

With less skill and technique involved then swimming and cycling; running is perhaps the biggest indicator of where your current fitness is at.

Your heart rate is a big focus in the run sessions. Beginner runners will incorporate walking and slow jogging into their sessions to ensure they are training at the right intensity.
