Thoughts from our Taranaki Athletes

If you're looking for a way to get fit and stay fit then this is the group you should join. World Multisport makes training fun. I now want to get out of bed in the mornings so I can get not only my fitness fix but my social one too!

What can I say? I didn't realise how much I didn't know about training until I started getting coached by Mark. Now I'm excited to see what I can do at my next Ironman because my training is so much better than the first time around.

If you're looking for a supportive and welcoming group then look no further. My favourite day is Sunday. Not just because I don't have to go to work but because I LOVE the Sunday Sesh. It's the best way to start off day with a run with a group of fantastic humans!

The World Multisport Taranaki adult training group provides weekly swim, bike and run sessions for all abilities. Mark is a very experienced triathlon coach. He has been coaching for the last 25 years across all levels of ability from kids and performance juniors through to adults and elite athletes in both running and triathlon.

Mark is a big believer in ensuring that people in the sessions he coaches enjoy themselves, that everyone learns something to help them improve and that athletes know why they are doing a specific session.

The sessions cater for all abilities and utilise the natural surrounds of the Taranaki Region, which is perfect for swimming, cycling and running.
