Do You Teach Swimming Technique In This Course?

Our focus in this course is to help you become more comfortable in the water, build your strength and improve your fitness. We focus on elements of your technique that will help you achieve these three things which are namely your breath control, head position and kick.

We don’t recommend focusing on swimming drills unless you are under the supervision of a swimming instructor. For you to make changes on your swimming stroke you need to be able to receive direct feedback on your stroke and be swimming atleast four times per week.
